Oklahoma State University's proud legacy of extensive international activity got its start more than 50 years ago and it continues to seek ways to both bring OSU expertise to address global needs and bring global perspectives to our students.
OSU Global at Oklahoma State University serves as a strategic and administrative center for the university’s global engagement.
With over 1,500 international students from nearly 100 countries, Oklahoma State's campus is full of diverse perspectives and cultures. The International Student Assistance Fund exists to aid international students through scholarships and emergency funding when unforeseen circumstances emerge.
The School of Global Studies & Partnerships Scholarship supports current undergraduates and graduate students. A current focus of these funds is to support Afghan Refugees housed in Oklahoma pursuing OSU degrees.
Since the fall of the Afghan government in August of 2021, Oklahoma State University has become a forefront partner with Catholic Charities to accommodate over 70 Afghans in Stillwater. Many of our new neighbors here in Stillwater, Tulsa, and Oklahoma City are interested in continuing their degrees or pursuing higher education. With support from the Oklahoma Regents of Higher Education, these Afghan refugees have been approved for in-state tuition at Oklahoma State University!
Make an immediate impact on these students' lives through a gift to The School of Global Studies & Partnerships Fund that will go directly to supporting their tuition costs this fall.
