Each summer, Oklahoma State hosts a four-day, on-campus Sports Media Camp for high school students interested in working in the sport communication industry. The OSU Sports Media Camp is directed by OSU Sports Media faculty member Dave Hunizker, the official voice of the OSU Cowboys, with other OSU Sports Media faculty serving as camp instructors. This year, OSU is excited to expand its capacity to support up to 24 high school students! The practical experience camp attendees attain in broadcasting play-by-play, sport media production, sports reporting fundamentals and sports writing is converting fans into journalist and increasing enrollment in OSU's Sports Media degree program.

Our goal is to award two $350 registration fee stipends for promising high school students otherwise unable to afford the full cost of the camp. Your gift, no matter the size, has the power to provide opportunity to a future OSU Cowboy and journalist.
