New Frontiers
The time is now to invest in OSU Agriculture and its important role in feeding the world.

Driven by a sense of discovery, OSU Agriculture has always sought scientific and viable solutions to society's problems to share with the world. Our ability to advance teaching, research and Extension efforts are critical to the state's economy, our citizens' safety and quality of life.

The facility is being created with modern teaching methods in mind, utilizing flexible lab spaces to serve multiple disciplines and interactive classrooms to harness students' energy and the excitement of innovation. It will transform our efforts to become even more collaborative, bringing all of OSU Agriculture's expertise to bear on the challenges and opportunities facing the state of Oklahoma.

  • "This project will change and modernize our research and the way we teach scientific subjects. It all goes back to the premise of being a modern, land-grant institution. Research has the promise to change the way we grow food and care for the natural environment we rely on. It can transform Oklahoma's economy, fostering innovation that will feed a growing world population."

Thomas Coon, Vice President and Dean, OSU Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources

The New Frontiers Agricultural Hall campaign is underway and on track to make history! Together, we have raised nearly 85 percent of our $50 million goal, putting us around $43 million in gifts and commitments.

  • "I really believe Oklahoma State can be a center point, a light, to help feed the world. This will really make a difference. We want to see Oklahoma State's ag program be the best in the world."

Larry Ferguson, '75, New Frontiers Cornerstone Donor

The new home for the Ferguson College of Agriculture will strengthen OSU Agriculture's research, teaching, and Extension missions while addressing two key challenges: attracting and retaining scientific leaders and equipping collaborative teams with state-of-the-art laboratory and field facilities. It will define what is possible for our faculty, students, and the industries and communities that depend on our research. The new building will:

  • Enhance one-of-a-kind educational experiences for students with more access to undergraduate research and elevated leadership training.
  • Elevate research, providing a competitive edge for securing grants and creating revenue-generating patents
  • Positively impact Oklahoma's economy with applicable advancements developed in key areas of the state's agricultural and natural resource industries
  • Empower global and strategic thinking to address significant challenges and opportunities facing the world

Join us as we cultivate solutions for a better tomorrow. Together, we are embarking on New Frontiers.
