More than 270 current OSU students have self-identified as having aged out of the foster care system. The Daybreak Fund provides financial support for students encountering unexpected expenses (e.g. medical, living expenses, emergencies, or academic needs). Contributions to this fund will go directly to students in need, ensuring that they can focus on what matters most - staying at OSU and finishing their degree.
Thanks to the generosity of Leslie Wright, each donation to the Daybreak Endowed Program Fund will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $5,000! If we maximize her match, it will also unlock an additional $25,000 from the Paul Milburn Foundation!
