Turning Student's Passions Into Careers.

The department of art is dedicated to excellence in the education of all forms of art creation, art history and design. The department has excellent facilities for painting, drawing, printmaking, ceramics, sculpture, jewelry and small metals, digital photo and video, graphic design, motion design, UI/UX, typography and art history. Through travel abroad, internships and hands-on experience with the OSU Museum of Art and Prairie Arts Center, students are provided with esthetic and professional preparation for the art world.
