The Ferguson College of Agriculture provides opportunities for students to gain knowledge in their major, as well as outside their major. Our passion is helping students embrace their potential, and giving them the tools to make the most of their education. As a land-grant institution, we work in collaboration with OSU Extension and OSU Ag Research to provide great breadth and exceptional quality in teaching, advising, research, extension, and service.
Your investment in our facilities and programs will better prepare our students to grow into individuals who seek to make a positive difference in their communities and beyond.
Construction on the New Frontiers Ag Hall continues with the hope of welcoming students, faculty, and staff into the building in 2024. Part of the Cowboy Code is "we finish what we start," and we are nearing our New Frontiers fundraising goal with less than $1.5 million remaining! Currently, 503 donors (422 since January 2020 public launch) have helped us raise 97.6% of our $50 million goal.
"This building project will change and modernize our research and the way we teach scientific subjects. It all goes back to the premise of being a modern, land-grant institution. Research has the promise to change the way we grow food and care for the natural environment we rely on. It can transform Oklahoma's economy, fostering innovation that will feed a growing world population."
Thomas Coon, Vice President and Dean, Oklahoma State University Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources
